Nourishment is the fuel and juiciness that feeds your body, health, mind, heart, and soul. Yes, the actual food you choose to eat is important, and yet, what is also absolutely vital to observe is your primary food - your self-care practices, your movement, relationships, work, daily rituals, mindset, joy barometer. What truly lights you up and nourishes you deep in your core?

As a health coach, I create a supportive environment that will motivate you to reach your next level of health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and harsh discipline. A KEY piece of this journey is mindset. I gently encourage accountability and inspire you to take it one day, one baby step at a time. The focus shifts to JOY and “adding in.” Adding in greens, water, breathing, play, rest, self-care, pleasure, MINDFULNESS. And as you add in HEALTH, you “crowd out” what no longer serves your body and mind anymore.

Every moment we make choices. Choices that lead us toward the life we want or further from it. As your health coach and intuitive healer, I serve as your guide. I help you to get REALLY clear on what you want and how you truly want to FEEL. I see your blockages and reflect back to you where you are getting stuck and then provide tools for how to best cleanse your life and live the one you most desire. I observe, listen, walk with you on your path and guide you to tap into your own innate intelligence.

This can be done together in-person or virtually by phone or FaceTime/Zoom so we can work together no matter where you live or how demanding your schedule might be.

I have participated in Annie’s cleanse twice with astonishing results! The first time was toward the end of a grueling period in my life that begin with the flood that destroyed our home and ended with the sale of our rebuilt house. The cleanse gave me the balance of energy and emotions as well as the clarity of thought which made the process so much easier to navigate.

The second time was during another period of change and transition. This 10 day cleanse took my body, mind, and spirit to a much deeper level of cleansing. I attribute much of my success with the cleanse to Annie’s dedication with helping me throughout the whole process. YES! It’s that time of year again and our 4th summer offering Ocean Asana! Soak up the ocean air and sounds, land in breath, and flow through a beautiful vinyasa practice with me and the wonderful Shelly Grande.

WHEN: Every other Monday (with low-tide :), beginning June 3rd and going through summer until the light and temperatures shift (TBD).

WHERE: North Hampton State Beach, North Hampton, NH (park across from the Beach Plum, walk onto beach and to the right a bit until you see us.

COST: By donation.
