I love food – healthy, clean, delicious food. And I love playing, creating, experimenting (and dancing ☺) in the kitchen with varying spices, tastes, dishes. And OH do I make mistakes and messes! Yet, that’s all a part of the process! I invite you to relax into your kitchen: slow down, grab a loved one, and connect with gratitude and pleasure around the food you are choosing to make and fuel yourself with.

Cooking feeds your body, mind, and soul. It allows you to control the food you put into your body, connect with your family and friends over a home cooked meal, and save the money you might otherwise spend in restaurants or on processed, prepackaged foods. Believe it or not, making simple and satisfying meals from scratch doesn’t have to be hard. Here are some of my favorite easy, healthy recipes.
