As a college athlete, yoga brought balance and healing to my body. After college, Pilates and barre method helped me tap into deep core power and discover greater strength. My classes explore this powerful fusion of yoga, Pilates and barre, offering dynamic flowing sequences that move from the core and connect with vitality, mindfulness, flexibility, balance, strength and playfulness. I strongly believe in preventative medicine and feel that consistent stretching, strengthening and self-care can heal and restore the body, mind and spirit. I have my 200hr yoga certification through the Yoga of Energy Flow teacher training at Dover Yoga and I hold a certification in Pilates through the Boston Bodyworks/Power Pilates Studio.

I am also a certified Still Point Prenatal Yoga Teacher as well as a certified Yoga Mom, Buddha Baby Teacher. In 2014, I had the incredible pleasure of training with Jocelyn Carey of BarreLogic to become a barre instructor. I am enormously grateful to be a part of such a powerful and beautiful community in the seacoast!
